Trauma Informed Breathwork & Transformational Coaching
True transformation doesn’t happen through insight alone.
It happens when the mind, nervous system, and deeper sense of meaning are aligned.
My work integrates trauma-informed breathwork and transformational coaching to support individuals who want greater clarity, emotional regulation, and a more grounded connection to their purpose—without losing practicality or discernment.
Breathwork is used not as an escape from reality, but as a way to develop presence, resilience, and internal coherence. Coaching then helps translate those internal shifts into real-world decisions, healthier relationships, and sustainable performance.
This approach is especially effective for people who are successful on the outside but sense there is more depth, alignment, or freedom available to them.
This work supports:
Nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
Releasing stored stress and unresolved patterns
Improved focus and decision-making under pressure
A grounded connection to purpose and values
Integration of personal growth into daily life and leadership especially coming off peak life experience or Psychedelic integration.
Through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, and personalized coaching, we strengthen the capacity to stay present with complexity—internally and externally—so change becomes embodied rather than conceptual.
Your growth doesn’t require becoming someone else.
It requires becoming more fully yourself—and living from that place.
About Eric Morris
Founder of Xhalation Breathwork
I’m Eric Morris, founder of Xhalation Breathwork, a trauma-informed breathwork and transformational coaching practice supporting individuals seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and lasting personal change.
My work is rooted in lived experience. More than a decade ago, I was navigating addiction, depression, and chronic anxiety—patterns that insight alone couldn’t resolve. It was through breathwork, combined with consistent inner work, that I experienced a fundamental shift in how I related to my body, my mind, and my life.
In early 2021, my relationship to healing was tested again when I was hospitalized with COVID-related blood clots in my lungs and legs and placed in the ICU. I was told the situation was life-threatening and that I would likely recover with only partial lung capacity due to lasting damage. Rather than accepting limitation as my future, I committed to a disciplined, embodied healing process—using breath, mindset, and nervous system regulation as daily practices. My recovery became a lived example of the body’s capacity to adapt, repair, and respond when given the right conditions.
That experience deepened my commitment to this work—not as a quick fix, but as a real-world, sustainable approach to healing and growth.
I went on to become a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with Owaken Breathwork, where I trained extensively in working with the nervous system, stored emotional patterns, and integration. Over the years, I’ve continued to refine an approach that respects both psychological safety and spiritual depth—without bypassing the realities of daily life.
In 2023, I founded Xhalation Breathwork to offer a grounded, intelligent path for people who are ready to move beyond coping and into true embodiment. My work supports individuals who are successful on the outside yet feel called toward greater alignment, meaning, and internal freedom.
I don’t position breathwork as something that replaces therapy, discipline, or responsibility. I see it as a powerful tool that helps people regulate their nervous systems, access deeper awareness, and integrate change where it matters most—into how they live, lead, and relate.
Today, I work with clients both in-person and remotely, guiding them through breathwork and coaching experiences that are practical, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about reclaiming the capacity that’s already within you.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals who are high-functioning, self-aware, and ready for meaningful internal change—not as an idea, but as a lived experience.
Many of my clients are entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, creatives, and professionals who have achieved external success yet recognize that clarity, regulation, and fulfillment require deeper integration.
This work is especially supportive for those who:
Experience chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout despite “doing everything right”
Feel emotionally or physically disconnected after prolonged pressure or responsibility
Are navigating major life transitions, leadership roles, or identity shifts
Have done therapy or personal development and want deeper embodiment and integration
Seek a grounded spiritual connection that supports real-world performance and presence
I also work with individuals recovering from addiction, illness, or significant life disruption who are ready to rebuild from a place of self-trust, regulation, and resilience.
Clients who benefit most from this work value personal responsibility, discernment, and depth. They are not looking for quick fixes or passive healing—they are willing to engage consistently and bring awareness into how they live, lead, and relate.
This is work for people who want to feel more present in their bodies, clearer in their decisions, and aligned in how they show up—at home, in their work, and in the world.
Tania- Entrepreneur/Restaurant Owner
“Breathwork with Eric honestly changed my life. I was going through a nasty divorce, and my whole life as I knew it was turned upside down. One day I was married and ran a successful restaurant with my then-husband, and then suddenly I was single and unemployed. It was hard to digest - I was beyond depressed and couldn’t snap out of it; therapy alone just wasn’t cutting it. I randomly called Eric, and he asked how I was doing. I don’t know why, but I was completely honest with him, even though I had only met him once - his energy just felt genuine and caring. He told me that he’s a trauma specialist and breathwork facilitator, and it sounded interesting, but I figured since I was already in therapy I didn’t need more. Then one day I just felt so hopeless that I decided I needed to do something different, because what I was doing just wasn’t working. I didn’t really know what I was signing up for, but I called Eric and said, “ok, I want to try this”. After my first session I was hooked - I couldn’t believe how happy and energetic I felt after months of being so depressed that I could barely function. I decided to sign up for a 12 week “Overcoming FEAR” course with him, and it’s really the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I continued to feel better and better, and I appreciated that Eric gave me the tools to practice on my own as well. I highly recommend giving breathwork a try if you’re ready for a powerful transformation..”

“Eric creates a sacred container for you to show up as you are. His breathwork facilitation encourages a truly cathartic experience which often includes the somatic expression of emotion that has been stored in the body. It can only be described as transcendent”.
What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a somatic, evidence-informed practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to influence the nervous system, emotional regulation, and overall mental clarity.
At its core, breathwork works with the body’s natural stress and recovery mechanisms. By consciously altering the breath, we can shift out of chronic fight-or-flight states, access stored emotional patterns, and create conditions for healing, insight, and integration—without needing to relive past experiences cognitively.
Rather than forcing change through willpower or analysis, breathwork allows the body to participate directly in the process of transformation.
How Breathwork Works
Breath is one of the few systems in the body that is both automatic and consciously controllable. This makes it a powerful entry point for regulating the nervous system and accessing deeper layers of awareness.
When practiced in a guided, trauma-informed way, breathwork can:
Support nervous system regulation and stress resilience
Release stored emotional tension held in the body
Improve focus, emotional awareness, and mental clarity
Create a grounded connection to meaning and purpose
Enhance the integration of therapy, coaching, or personal development work
Breathwork is not about chasing altered states or dramatic experiences. It is about building capacity—the capacity to stay present with sensation, emotion, and insight, and to carry that presence into daily life.
A Grounded Approach to Breathwork
In this work, breathwork is used as a practical tool for self-regulation and embodied awareness, not as an escape from reality. Spiritual insight may arise, but it is always anchored in integration—how you think, decide, relate, and lead after the session ends.
Over time, consistent breathwork practice helps individuals develop a more resilient nervous system, clearer emotional boundaries, and a deeper trust in their internal signals.
The breath doesn’t give you something new.
It helps you access what’s already there—and learn how to live from it.
ONE ON ONE COACHING
For high-performing humans ready to refine awareness, regulation, and embodied leadership.
You’re successful, capable, and driven.
And yet, at this level, growth no longer comes from doing more—it comes from relating differently to your inner world.
My one-on-one work is designed for founders, executives, creatives, and leaders who are not looking to be fixed—but to become more precise, present, and internally resourced.
This is not mindset coaching alone.
This is breath-led nervous system work integrated with somatic awareness, depth psychology, and practical integration—so insight becomes embodied change.
What This Work Develops
Through our work together, you’ll learn how to:
Regulate your nervous system under pressure without shutting down or overriding signals
Increase focus, clarity, and emotional range in high-stakes environments
Identify and release unconscious patterns that limit leadership capacity
Access deeper intuition and embodied decision-making
Expand performance without sacrificing presence, health, or meaning
This work supports sustainable excellence, not burnout cycles.
What Makes This Different
Most coaching focuses on strategy and cognition.
Most breathwork focuses on experience and release.
My approach integrates both.
Drawing from trauma-informed breathwork, somatic practices, Jungian psychology, and lived experience, I work with the root layer—the nervous system—where patterns are formed and sustained.
Breath is not an add-on.
It is the primary access point.
This allows change to occur faster, deeper, and with greater integration than talk-based approaches alone.
